Leadership Development Coaching | Nuclear Executive Consulting
Coaching for people who are ready to get clear on what's next. I also consult with organizations to bring clarity to complex technical work.
Kristina Bramma, P.Eng., ACC
I work with people and organizations facing a decision or challenge with a lot of moving parts. Together we find what really matters, set the rest aside, and identify the next right step.
One-to-one support for people who want clarity on their career and leadership. Start with a free 15-minute call, then choose a 60-minute Clarity Session or a six-session engagement.
See how coaching works →Advisory support for organizations with complex technical and regulatory work: finding the friction, connecting what's disconnected, and defining the simplest path forward.
See how consulting works →Most of the people I work with have a lot going on, and it's all tangled together: a career question tied up with a leadership habit, a goal so big it's hard to start, a process that depends on someone remembering what should be written down.
When everything seems connected to everything else, it's hard to know where to begin. I help you see how the pieces fit, set aside what's noise, and find the simplest next step worth taking.
Often that's all it takes to gain clarity and start moving again.
What clarity looks like
Coaching with me isn't about fixing something that's broken. It's for people who are ready to get clear on what's next, and want to think more intentionally about their leadership or career. Whether that's standing at a crossroads or simply a curiosity about whether there's more than what they're currently doing. It's not about the size of the question. It's about wanting a thinking partner who will ask better questions than you're asking yourself.
Sometimes the question is about you, and sometimes it's about the system around you. Either way, it starts with getting clear. If you work in nuclear or another highly regulated field, you won't need to explain your world to me.
I don't work from a script. Every session starts with what's on your mind, not a predetermined stage or step. My job is to listen well, ask powerful questions, and help you get honest about what's possible and what you truly want, often separate from what you think you should want.
If I have a gift, it's seeing how things connect. I help people link things they would never think to put side by side: a career question and a leadership habit, a passing comment and a pattern, an idea from one part of your work that solves a problem in another.
I'm practical about it, too. I look for where effort is going into holding something together that could be simpler, and I help you design the simpler way.
Often the clarity you're after is already in the room. It just hasn't been connected yet.
